An instructor teaches classes to make their own cake pops—bite-size orbs of cake on a stick. After baking the pops, participants decorate them with icing, sprinkles, and other accents. They can then eat their creations before taking home any remaining treats. Each person also gets a specialty themed martini. Class times vary, but they’re typically scheduled for weekdays at 7 p.m. and weekend afternoons.<p>
