Q:

I have 3 dogs can I purchase 3 tags for the discounted price?

Doris P.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

Hi Doris
You are welcome to purchase multiple! As stated in the fine print, this Groupon has a limit of 1 Groupon per order, so your Groupons would have to be redeemed separately. Thanks!

Q:

I no longer have a pet, but can I purchase two tags to send to my daughter (who does not live in New York state), for her dog and cat, as Christmas Gifts ?? ... and if this is okay, then how do I go about ordering them ?

andre r.  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

Thanks for your question, Andre. After purchasing this Groupon, you're able to provide the shipping information for your order by completing the redemption. When completing these steps, just enter your daughter's mailing address and you should be in great shape!

1. Pull up Groupon with our mobile app (or print it out).
2. Visit http://gr.pn/Sy4gni
3. Select tag shape, size, type.
4. Provide pet info and click "Continue”.
5. Select Protection Plan purchased and click "Continue to Next Step" and add a duplicate tag.
6. Enter the redemption code located at the center of your Groupon into the "Coupon" field and click "Apply".
7. Click "Checkout" and log in or create an account.
8. Provide billing and shipping information and click "Continue".
9. Your tags will be shipped by SmartTag Pet ID.
10. Enjoy!

Q:

I am a bit confused for the process of this. Is the mircochip in the ID tag? or is the tag just a regular tag and my puppy would need to get a microchip implanted?

Alexandra L.  asked on  Oct 21, 2012

A:

Hi Alexandra! The microchip is indeed stored in the ID tag. This makes the tag visible, non-invasive and less expensive, as stated in the FAQ page on the business' website. Hope this is helpful!

Jake S.  from  Groupon  replied on  Oct 22, 2012

A:

The Groupon offer is for a SmartTag Pet ID tag, this is not a microchip. There is nothing implanted, the ID tag hangs on your pets collar.
