The deposit is fully refundable if the appt is canceled 48 hrs before the start of the appt time. The deposit is also refunded if the client has a voucher to redeem for service after their appt is complete. New clients, please arrive up to 10 min before the start of your appt. IL&S offers a 5-min grace period for all clients, 6-15 min late a $15 late charge will be accessed, 15 min appt will need to be rescheduled, appt is non-refundable, with no exceptions. When booking your appt you are agreeing to this policy. I believe my time and the client's time are both valuable.
