Q:

Does this card entitle you to unlimited rides and $40 of video play.

carol r.  asked on  Apr 11, 2013

A:

No, the Groupon does not entitle you to unlimited rides and games. The Groupon provides you with two or four $40 iPA cards. You'll use those cards to purchase credits, which are then redeemed for rides, attractions, and games. Click here for a price list.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

I am on the website and you can purchase 150 credits + 50 free credits, 200 total for $75. I am trying to undestand how the four person groupon at $79 is deal as it gives you 40 less credits and costs $4 more. Thanks. Am I missing something?

Thomas M.  asked on  Apr 13, 2013

A:

Thank you for your question. When you make the purchase of the $79 Groupon deal, you will receive 4, $40 cards. Each card will be loaded with 80 credits, that is a total of 320 credits which is 120 more than the $75 card.

Q:

If I purchase the two card option, can my one child use a card for two seperate visits?

Debra V.  asked on  Apr 12, 2013

A:

Yes, the cards can be used by multiple, or just by one person. Cards are loaded with value in the term credits. Credits are used to play games, ride rides and go in our two attractions, laser tag and the 4D Theater. The system is set up as “pay and go” Once the value “credits” are gone, you can reload at any point of sale or self serve kiosk. Cards are not valid at food or retail outlets.

Q:

since the gift cards are for $40, can you purchase larger credit packages (e.g. 150+50 for $75) using two gift cards?

Thomas M.  asked on  Apr 13, 2013

A:

Thank you for your question. The Groupon offer allows you to choose one of two purchases. You will receive either two cards or four cards, valued at $40 for each card depending on your selection. Cards are loaded with value, known as credits and used as a “pay as you go” system. Each attraction, ride or game has a value to play, (number of credits). As you swipe the card to ride a ride, a value for that ride is deducted from the card. Once the card is out of value, you can reload the card at any point of sale, or self-service kiosk. Cards are not valid to purchase, iRide Passes, or food and retail outlets.

Q:

Some clarification the iPa cards include those three ride/shows so if I buy the 4 admission the laser bumper cards and 3 d show is included or do I have to pay extra for those

Mary N.  asked on  Apr 10, 2013

A:

The Groupon isn't for a specific set of rides. Instead, the Groupon provides you with two or four $40 iPA cards. You'll use those cards to purchase credits that are then redeemed for the rides, attractions, and games of your choice. Please click here for the price list.

Q:

Can see on the iplay web site that you offer 1 credit for $0.50 so can I assume correctly that each $40 iplay card being offered in this deal is equal to 80 credits? If so, that is more expense than your current offerings that offer extra credits with larger credit purchases. Hoping you can clarify for me. Thank you.

michele s.  asked on  Apr 10, 2013

A:

You can use the $40 iPA cards toward any of their credit options listed here (excluding packages/wrist bands). The more credits you purchase, the better the deal.

Q:

We are family of 3 , Can i just buy the 2 IPA card option and share among 3 person . I read some where admission is free ?.

sivaprakasam  asked on  Apr 11, 2013

A:

Admission is free for everyone, so you'll just pay for the rides, attractions, and games that each person participates in. The Groupon must be used by 2 or 4 people, depending on the option purchased. If you use the 2-person option, you'll just need to pay separately for any activities the 3rd person uses.

Q:

I have a few questions. How much is normal admission? What can the cards be used on? And do the cards have to be used by four seperate people?

Tracy D.  asked on  Apr 11, 2013

A:

Admission is normally free for everyone, you'll only pay for the rides, attractions, and games that you participate in. The iPA cards are used to purchase credits for those rides, attractions, and games. Please click here for a price list. The cards do need to be split by 2 or 4 people, depending on which option you purchase.
