Five Drop-In Classes
Five Drop-in Classes, can be used for any of our weekly class offerings.
- We offer bootcamp classes three times a week (check our website below for times and availability). Classes are 90 minutes and consist of a warm-up, workout(s), and cool-down stretching.
- Our workouts are designed to be fun and challenging and all movements in our classes are scalable to meet you where you're at in terms of athletic ability. With two instructors present, you'll be able to get more individual focus than in a typical group class setting.
- We provide all equipment and materials.
- Class size: 20 people max
- Book your classes ahead of time to guarantee your spot!

About IBX Fitness
Are you a seasoned athlete who lives for battle ropes and kettlebell swings? Are you not sure what either of those are? Whether you’re training for a race, trying to gain muscle, or just trying to get off of the couch, IBX Fitness will help you gain strength, shed pounds, and build the endurance to get through any workout.
We have athletes of all different ability levels, and every movement we do in our workouts will scale and grow as you do. New to push-ups? We'll modify and slowly build the movement to help you get there. Bicep curls too easy? We'll crank up the intensity and make them a brand new challenge for you! We promise to give you a quality workout whether it's your first or 1000th!
IBX Fitness was founded after seeing the power a community has when they work (and work out) together. Our endless creativity – from workouts designed around your favorite song to bonding through partner workouts to trying multiple new movements every week – ensures that you won't get bored! Combined with our regular community outings (ranging from 5ks and ninja warrior gyms to karaoke and BBQ), we’re more than just a fitness program: If you’re looking to make friends, have fun, and get into shape along the way, we would love to have you!
