Unlike wrapping firecrackers in mistletoe and attempting to climb the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, ice skating is a traditional Christmas activity that hasn’t been outlawed. Enjoy one of the holiday’s legal customs at Ice at The Parks, located inside The Parks at Arlington Arlington. Choose one of the following Groupons:
- For $5, you get admission, skate rental, and a carousel ride ($12 value).

With its convenient location inside of Parks Mall, Ice at The Parks’s well-maintained rink gives casual skaters and diehard winter sportsers alike gleefully glides on the ice. Stop by during any public skate and hone speed-skating, backwards-skating or hand-holding abilities. Then, skip over to the Mall’s vibrantly lit carousel, climb aboard a horse, rabbit, tiger, or life-size model of Adlai Stevenson, and enjoy a wintery whirl.
