The Ice Cream Run takes place on Saturday, May 14, with a half-mile children’s race for kids 12 and under, the Sundae Sprints, starting at 7 a.m. The three-mile race starts at Glendale Heroes Regional Park, with proceeds benefiting West Valley High track teams. Race registration includes a t-shirt and admission to the after-party, where you can enjoy all the ice cream and toppings you can eat. Children in strollers get in for free.

About Ice Cream Run

The Ice Cream Run is like some bizarre, wonderful dream. Participants run for three miles in a family-friendly race that culminates in a giant, all-you-can-eat ice cream party including music, giveaways, snacks, and a large toppings bar. All the profits from the race go to charitable causes, including organizations keeping kids healthy in the West Valley such as the West Valley High School Track Teams. For the younger ones, a half-mile Kids Sundae Sprint Fun Run is also available for those ages 12 and under.
