Guests may choose from the following dinners, each of which also includes one miso soup and one green salad per person:
- Teriyaki and sushi dinner: California roll and choice of teriyaki entree
- Tempura and sushi dinner: California roll and half order of assorted tempura
- Teriyaki and tempura dinner: choice of teriyaki entree and half order of assorted tempura
- Nigiri set dinner: two salmon, two tuna, two ebi, two unagi, two tai, and two hokki nigiri
- Spicy set dinner: combination spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and spicy scallop
Ichiban Sushi
The sushi chefs at Ichiban don't shy away from using unexpected ingredients in their creations. The Lion King roll, for example, starts out typically enough—prawns, crab meat, and seared salmon—but then surprises with a layer of mozzarella. Meanwhile, strawberries sweeten the Infinity roll, and a sprinkling of onion and yam flakes add crunch to the Green Dragon roll. Guests can sample multiple rolls thanks to combo platters, or by ordering a mix of maki, sashimi, and nigiri. In addition to sushi, the menu features tempura and teriyaki entrees, as well as a popular lobster entree with a full tail and lobster maki roll.
