His homefront boot camps cycle through a three-day schedule designed to challenge the body with a new routine in each session. Strength-training day bulks frames with kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and pull-up machines, whose effects combine to torch calories and help patrons karate-chop through parking meters. Trainers choose the second class's focus from a handful of fitness specialties, such as the gym's most popular option, the boot-camp boxing class, where participants bring their own gloves and punch away their pounds. Day three bolsters fitness camaraderie, grouping patrons in pairs or teams to complete exercise drills or synchronize their sweat patterns.
