All laser LASIK surgery starts with creating a corneal flap. This is done with the Intralase IFS (5th Generation) or Ziemer femtosecond laser (Grand Junction only). Once a flap is created, the underlying corneal tissue is reshaped using the only Topography-guided laser approved by the FDA - the NIDEK Quest.

LASIK treatments can help address such visual deficiencies such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. After a free consult to confirm candidacy, the doctors give you the clearance to schedule surgery. Eyes typically heal well enough for patients to see great after one day, and many procedures result in 20/20 or better vision.
