Do you have any parking gerage on Astoria Queens ? I need to buy for use in Astoria , what should I do? thanks

I have bad experence with your company. Earlier this year we purchased 2 groupons and 2 locations listed in your list above where i went to park didnt honor the groupon. One location said the validation scanner got damaged during Sandy (that was over 6 months back then!!!!!!) and therefore they could not take the groupon and the other never heard of the deal!!!! As a result i ended up spending over $66 for each day after paying for the groupon. What guarantee do you give this wont happen again!
