Q:

Can I use a 24 hour pass in any location (mid town East)?

rosemary b.  asked on  Jul 20, 2013

A:

That shouldn't happen. However in the unlikely event it did you would always have the option to select another nearby ICON location or receive a refund for your purchase. However we are very careful to only sell enough monthly vouchers based on current availability.

Q:

About the 24 hour deal, is it valid for only one entry or multiple entries? I mean, I understand that in a period of 24 hours I am entitled to enter a ficility, e.g. 12am, stay for a while and leave, and then move to another facility and stay for a while, and I cand do this as long as I do leave tha last facility before the 24 hours expires, like 11:59pm, am I correct?

Luiz C.  asked on  Jul 19, 2013

A:

Sorry, the one day passes expire upon exit from the garage, so you will not be able to use it for multiple entries. Hope that helps to clarify.

Q:

If I buy two groupons, can I use them for two consecutive days at the same lot? Or will I have to change lots for the second day?

Kathryn G.  asked on  Jul 17, 2013

A:

You can not use two groupons for the same visit. Meaning before the first 24 hours is up, you would have to physically remove your car from the location. Ideally it would be best to park at another ICON location, but you could return to the first location a short while after (such as a drive around the block which in New York City can take 30 minutes!)
