The fitness gurus at iCON Sports Performance and Wellness Alliance curate a curriculum that synergizes the body and mind in order to pique personal health. Designed for those who already have a foundation in fitness, or those who can bench-press a feather seven million times, the X-fit program builds on existing experience to achieve advanced-level fitness during high intensity classes. Instructors lead groups in complex sports moves, agility exercises, martial arts, plyometrics, and interval circuit training to reach and maintain a high heart rate, which can lead to fat loss, weight loss, and stamina improvement. Throughout the boot camp, students keep a training log, which measures individual performance, records progress, and documents any changes in penmanship spawned by more muscular thumbs. Though challenging, X-fit classes foster a friendly, supportive atmosphere, with groups and coaches that motivate individuals to push themselves to meet and exceed goals. Classes are offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. or Monday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

About iCON Sports Alliance
Charles Dao has gained success as a physical trainer by following the rule that the body and mind need to be trained to work in tandem. He and his team focus on conditioning students, teaching them to efficiently use their bodies and to analyze the science behind each movement during the fun, energetic, and challenging sessions. By syncing the brain with physical training, athletes can learn which muscles to engage for faster sprints and greater flexibility. The iCON Sports Alliance staff also offers a variety of services such as youth sports training, hot yoga, and physical therapy.
