Q:

Does the deal include the prescription lens alongwith the frames i.e. the complete prescription glasses ready to wear or not?

Saadia K.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

yes, the deal includes the prescription lens along with the frames, also we could do your prescription review for free, and you may pick up your glasses within an hour (for single vision lens only)

A:

I m sorry, maybe I just misunderstood your question, our common practice is after you picked your frame, we will deduct $200 from the frame frist, then plus the price of the lenses you need.

Q:

1. Can we supply our own prescription, or do we get one from I Concept? 2. What is your charge for an in house eye examination and prescription? 3. Is there an extra charge for progressive lens sunglasses?

Ernie R.  asked on  Jul 20, 2012

A:

yes, you may provide us your latest prescription, or we could review your prescription for FREE (PRESCRIPTION ONLY), but if you want to have a full eye exam, you may visit our optometrist Dr. Liu, the charge will be $80, besides review your prescription, Dr Liu will check your eye health as well. We will deduct $200 from the frame which you've been picked then plus the price of the lenses you need.

Q:

Hi there.. Just a little confused.. The deal indicates "valid only for prescription eye glasses with in-instore frames." Later it states, "not valid for lenses." Does this mean that the voucher can be used for glasses/lenses & frames that are already made and thus available in the store but if the prescription a client requires is not ready and waiting in the store, then the voucher is only good for frames? Or is the whole deal for frames only?

Catherine K.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

Sorry for any confusion. This Groupon cannot be used towards just new lenses. It must be used towards a set of lenses and frame.
