The end goal of working out at iCore Fitness is the same as any other gym—the route you take to get there, however, is studded with foam pits and trampolines. Owner Mark Falcone's inspiration for iCore stems from the Ninja Warrior challenges that have become popular in recent years. And the inside of his facility certainly reflects that.
The 10,000-square-foot space features four different quadrants. They include a full-scale ninja course, a parkour area, a rock-climbing wall, and an obstacle-training section rife with ropes, monkey bars, and cargo nets. Workouts here are intense, but they're never monotonous. Available TRX classes use suspension training and bodyweight exercises to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Open-gym times are also available, letting members can stop by and try obstacles at their convenience.
