I did the 1 one hour session in the hyperbaric chamber but this facility has cryo, infrared sauna, red light and leg compression, iv therapy and they price match
Once checked in you do a 5 min teledoc appt. A nurse checks your vitals and goes over your medical history. Once in the chamber it takes 5 min to pressurize and your hour starts once pressurized. It does get chilly in there. They provide you with a blanket and water but I would recommend wearing pants. Bring a book or take a nap. Not recommended if claustrophobic bc your whole body is in the chamber. Reminded me of being in an mri tube

Amazing and knowledgeable staff! There are so many options when it comes to these kinds of services in Austin. What makes the difference is the people that run the establishment. I cannot express how wonderful the staff at Icryo is, they definitely are the best part of the business.
