More Questions and Answers

Q:

I am sorry to be a bother again. But if the groupon would cover the two bedrooms and the greatroom, why would it cost $75 more for scotchguarding. I thought you said the groupon was for the cleaning and the scotchguarding?

Cindy A.  asked on  Mar 25, 2013

A:

The GroupOn is for the carpet cleaning of 3 rooms, a hall way, and scotchguarding of 1 room. The additional $75 is to scotchguard the other two rooms and the stairway. Please feel free to contact us at nate@makemycarpetspotless.com if you have any further questions. Thank you.

Q:

I have a two bedroom condo with a great room and stairs (total sf probably just under 1,000 sf). Would the groupon cover this cleaning area? Also how much more would it cost to scotch guard the rest? Final question is the carpet is fairly new and when it was laid the installers did not do a good job of butting the carpet up to the kitchen floor, is this something you could repair and if so is it expensive?

Cindy A.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

The GroupOn would cover everything but the stairs. The stairs would cost an additional $25. We would be willing to scotchguard the rest of the carpet for an additional $75. As far as the carpet repair, that is something that we could possibly do but we would have to come out and look at it in order to assess the amount of work needed. The pricing would be dependent on the amount of work. Thank you for your question.

Q:

Can I purchase the Groupon but just get the cleaning only for more area and no scotchguard? I'm looking to have carpets cleaned for 1 empty apt abt 900 sq ft including kitchen and 2 bath. Need living/dining room area, hallway, and 3 bedrooms. Thanks

Leslie C.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

If you purchased the GroupOn the 3 rooms and the hallway would cover the 3 bedrooms and your hall way and then it would be $15 living room area. If you do not want the scotchguard that is your choice but we can not trade it out for the additional room.
