What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I go above and beyond to make sure the customer is entirely happy with my service and hard work I do for their electronic device. I treat every customer as a friend. If I can make them happy, I’m happy. I know how important one’s device can be, and I ensure everything works as it should.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Years ago I dropped my phone and broke it. I was of course devastated and tried fixing it myself. During that time I found that I was really good at it, and it all started from there. I have always been that techie guy, and I found something that I truly enjoy doing and ran with it.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the look on the people’s faces when I show them their phone all fixed up. A lot of the time they think their device is unrepairable, and I always seem to prove them wrong. I love working on electronics. I guess you can say it fulfills my desire to help people and give tips about their devices.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback that I have received would have to be when a woman came into the shop I was working at in NC. She had an iPhone 5s, and it was water damaged. She had her entire wedding and baby and birth photos on her phone. When I fixed the phone, she told me that I was a savior and I gave her her life back.
