Very thorough. Dr. Li explained the entire process and gave recommendations. The receptionist was very helpful as well and makes you feel comfortable. Overall, great experience. Looking forward to positive results.

Very positive experience for tattoo removal :)! I was given a quick consultation and numbing cream before the procedure. The assistant was understanding and helpful in answering my questions as well as calming my nerves since I was very nervous about the pain (having done tattoo removal before, I know how painful it can). The doctor was so sweet and I will definitely be back for more procedures!
