rip off. Not 3 inch round as pictured in deal and web site. received are only 1 inch by 2 inch bars that have no resemblance to any pictured

The delivery and communication with their guest is poor quality. I left a voicemail and sent a message in their comment box and still revived no response. the lack of communication left me confused and concerned for my order.

I tried calling their phone number three times with no response. I received an email fron IKKSS which and I responded, but I don't know if they got it. They do not respond so you don't know if they are getting calls and emails from you.

I don't feel the "Blondies" and Brownies package offered was what was actually shipped (and who knew there would be a shipping charge of $8.75 when the actual package only cost $6.70 to ship!!!). There were no "Blondies" included in the shipment and the chocolate brownies DID NOT look anything like the photo supplied in the original offer showing toppings and/or caramel filling. Customer service was non-existent. Very disorganized inexperienced company to avoid.
