Our integrity. At Image Maker, our job is not complete until we walk through the system with the owner, pointing out the repairs we have made. We also educate the owner [about] the system as well as informing them about proper water saving techniques.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to run Image Maker Irrigation came from a love of working outside in the elements.
What do you love most about your job?
At Image Maker, we love how rewarding our job is. Many times we arrive at a site and the irrigation system is mangled beyond recognition. The feeling of accomplishment when the system turns on again, properly working, is like none other.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
We received praise from a large Homeowners Association community after completion of service on how the water bill the next month was thousands of dollars lower.
