Q:

I would like to try on the style and fit of the glasses before ordering. If we have to order online through www.38dollarglasses.com website, how can I "try on" these frames?

Anna M.  asked on  Jan 29, 2013

A:

Hi Anna, You don't order them from the site, this is our inventory system, and only there to allow you the convenience to simply have a look before you attend the clinic for the eye exam.

Q:

OK The deal sounds great & $49.00 for $299 (for exam, frames & single vision lens) in goods & services is a good deal My question is after the $49.00 is paid, how much additional would I have to pay for progressive lenses. If you can't be specific a ball park price ( average ) would do & I won't even hold you to it. Just need a little more info ! Thank you

Greg W.  asked on  Jan 29, 2013

Q:

With this deal can I go to the store in Coquitlam and pick a pair of frames and have progressive lens and what would the additional cost be? Is this offer valid with any other offers example if there is a 2 for 1 sale can you use this deal to get the 2 pairs or is it only valid if you purchase 1 pair?

A:

Q:

I just had an eye exam, so can I use the whole Groupon total value ($299.83) towards the frame and lenses only?

Maria C.  asked on  Feb 2, 2013

A:

This is what you get, how much of it you use is your prerogative: $49 for an Eye-Care Package ($299.83 Total Value) Complete eye exam (an $89.95 value) Frames up to a $199.90 MSRP value (or up to $99.95 with our current 1/2 off promotion) see ww.38dollarglasses.com for selection covered Lenses (a $9.98 value) MSRP $90

Q:

So let me get this straight. If I want the ray ban rb 5245 5056 Blue, with a tinted prescription lens, I'm going to pay 49 for the groupon, plus 9.98 for the tint. Is this correct?

chris D.  asked on  Feb 2, 2013

A:

Hi Chris: This promotion covers eye glasses valued up to $99.95 after our current 1/2 off sale (Frames up to a $199.90 MSRP value) Those Ray Ban rb 5245 5056 Blue frames are outside the promotion offer ($140 thus regular $280) and aren't part of the promotion.

38 D.  from  Merchant  replied on  Feb 2, 2013

Q:

Ok clearly I need glasses because I still don't see where this "check stock" icon is. All I see is the "item in stock" icon and to the right of that it says "ready to ship". Please help. I really want to find out if certain frames are available at my location. Thanks. Also if the store that I go to doesn't carry the frame I want, can they get it shipped to the store if I pay for the 9.98 in shipping?

Tracy Q.  asked on  Feb 2, 2013

A:

No problem, email me the one you want, I'll check for you at Questions@image.ca

My complaint about my current progressives glasees is that they are heavy. Does this offer include a thin, light weight, scratch resistent option such a 1.6 or 1.67 Index lenses? Would there be a surcharge for these specifications?
