Regarding booking : You can book through website and click for peel and once you are at the spa let them know you booked through groupon and show the email coupon. You must pay tax at the spa. Groupon price is without tax. Or you can call take an appointment. About the treatments and prep : I booked the medical grade peel facial. FYI, They provided Jessner peel with glycolic acid and salicylic acid (14%). You should not use any active 5 days prior and after the treatment. I didn’t peel much, peeling was visible when you look closer in the mirror only But it depends from person to person. My skin looks better now! Better results are received after multiple treatments only as per my knowledge. My experience : I had a wonderful experience here and Jewel was amazing. She gave me a hand massage and shoulder massage along with the treatment. It took 1.5 hrs in total. They begin with cleaning the face and analyzing your skin concerns and conditions and peel ( 2 coats for me) and then facial with serum and sunscreen at the end. The receptionist was also very welcoming! Overall, the experience is good!

I had a wonderful appointment at Impact! Jaylene took great care of my skin and was really knowledgeable. The clinic is spacious and well-located in downtown Oakville. Highly recommend!
