While i read an issue about no one being there to process the Groupon, all you need to do is call the number listed on the booth, and they will take care of you. Very easy and friendly service.

The indoor secured parking facilities are located halfway between LaGuardia and JFK International, so it may be used by flyers at either airport. Transportation to the airport is not included, but Impark partners with Merengue Cab Company for 24-hour trips to and from either airport ($20). Rego Park hours are 6 a.m.–11 p.m. Location is open M- F 7:30am – 7pm only, vehicle could be left overnight 24/7 at the location.

The service is great, quick and easy. Driving towards there had heavy traffic but the parking itself seemed safe and secured. A quick highlight: -Outdoor parking -Take car service to the airport and Uber (or lyft) back. It takes 25-35mins travel each way depending on the trafgic. Round trips' car fee are about $80( van price). - We purchased the 9-day but paid extra for additional days.

Found the lot with no problem. Attendant was super nice - she even recognized us when we returned after 14 days and had our paperwork ready. Easy cab ride to JFK.
