Studio synergy offers classical Pilates in a boutique setting. We are a small studio that caters to individual clients. Our instructors are highly trained and have decades of experience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

This studio was founded with the believe that workouts do not have to hurt you to be effective. Pilates heals and strengthens you all at once when properly executed.

What do you love most about your job?

Our Pilates instructors love the human interaction part of our job. Simply said, we love getting to know you and making you feel better! We work with people from all walks of life and all physical conditions, Pilates helps them all, and it is a beautiful thing to watch!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

One of the best reactions we have seen is when a client who suffered from a stroke was finally able to feel and use muscles that had been numb for years. It was a day of happy tears!
