Q:

I purchased the Groupon for 24 class and a friend just gave me one as a birthday gift! Can I use both? I hope so, I am looking forward to the classes.

As stated in the fine print, this Groupon has a limit of 1 Groupon per person, whether they purchased it themselves or received it as a gift.

Q:

I bought a deal for your studio from Groupon last time, and I accidentally let it expire (I know I still get the amount paid toward classes). But I also went to a handful of classes in October (because I had forgotten I had the Groupon!). It says "new students only"; can I get the Groupon again this time (so I can actually use it, LOL)?

Linda N.  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

Hi Linda, Thanks for your question. You read it right, this Groupon is for New Students Only - meaning that it is for people who haven't attended classes at InYoga before. Since you have taken classes at InYoga in the past, you cannot purchase this Groupon. However, please shoot me an email at kelly@inyogacenter.com with the details of your last Groupon. We may have another option for you besides just using the amount paid toward classes. My best and Happy New Year! Kelly

Q:

As long as I arrive early, do I still need to make a reservation ahead of time?

Jacki T.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Hi Jacki! No need to make a reservation ahead of time. Our studio is first come, first serve. For your first class, please arrive at least 15 minutes early - bring a printout of your Groupon voucher and we will redeem it when you arrive. We will also issue you an InYoga key card that you'll use to check in to your classes. We also have a brief information form and liability release for you to fill out and sign. After your first class, it's always a good idea to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start time. You'll see on our schedule at www.inyogacenter.com that we have two rooms - Main Room and Room Two. Our Main Room has a very large capacity, and has never maxed out. Room Two can accomodate up to 20 people. Thanks for your question! We'll see you soon :-) Kelly

Q:

How difficult is it to gety into 2-3 classes per week with the groupon deal? It was a nightmare with pilates. Thanks.

Pamelja  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Hi Pamela, We have ample studio space at InYoga, so there should not be a problem getting into any classes, including the level 2-3 classes. Please be sure to always arrive early - that way, we can make space for everyone :-) My best and see you soon! Kelly

Q:

Do I have to use up the ten classes within a certain amount of days?

Phillip M.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Hi Phillip! Thanks for your question. You have until July 10, 2013 to use all of your classes! Plenty of time! We also have a 2013 Yoga Challenge beginning January 21, where you take at least 21 classes in 30 days. It's just $90 for the full month unlimited (normally $150) and if you complete the challenge, there is a special limited edition t-shirt that you'll get, and also a great offer on an InYoga membership - at $110 per month. We would put your Groupon on hold during the challenge so that you could use it after you complete it. See you soon! Kelly
