What You'll Get
Although receiving one’s just deserts can be unpleasant, eating a meal of just desserts is the only way to consume the FDA's recommended daily allowance of frosting. Meet your mouthwatering nutritional needs with today's Groupon: for $12, you get two dozen cake pops delivered from Inabella's Sweet Events (a $24 value). Inabella's Sweet Events delivers to 10 area locations.
Inspired by the success of homemade treats she baked for her daughter's birthday, Andreina Capdevila created Inabella's Sweet Events to delight mouths everywhere. Using fresh ingredients, Capdevila handcrafts cake pops from scratch, sculpting morsels of moist cake into bite-size form. The sacchariferous suckers arrive on sticks to be easily enjoyed as indulgent snacks or makeshift shower-karaoke microphones. Patrons can choose from a variety of flavors with which to infuse their baby cakes⎯from traditional flavors of french vanilla, chocolate, and yellow cake to gourmet flavors of dulce de leche, coconut cake, and triple chocolate, and fruit-infused strawberry or lemon cake. Each mini dessert matures to its moist form in the oven, and then arrives to your door for treats as sweet as Mrs. Butterworth's shower soap.

About Inabella's Sweet Events
By giving her daughter a one-of-a-kind birthday party, Inabella's Sweet Events owner Andreina Capdevila gave herself something even more important: a new career path. Andreina, a mother of two, began learning pastry and baking techniques to create homemade treats for her daughter's birthday, and after her creations became a hit, she went on to found Inabella's Sweet Events, which she lovingly named after her daughter.
Seven days a week, the skilled pastry chef blends fresh ingredients to create her cake pops, then decorates each pop to complement any requested color scheme or theme, such as Hello Kitty or pirates in period-piece Victorian swimwear. Clients choose from a variety of cake flavors—including french vanilla, triple chocolate, dulce de leche, and fruit-infused strawberry—before Andreina dips the hand-formed balls in melted chocolate and tops them with Rice Krispies treats, chocolate chips, and sugar crystals. Each batch of petite treats is handcrafted the morning of delivery to ensure optimum freshness.
