Most organization services don't deal with the part of our homes that probably causes us the most stress: your laptop or phone. I'll come to you and walk you through how to process your email more efficiently and make your inbox and digital life much more manageable than before I walked in.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As someone who's handled email for a more than 300,000-member national-advocacy organization, I've seen firsthand how email works in most people's lives, and it isn't pretty. The first time I walked a friend through cleaning up their email, I realized I wanted to help others do the same.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing someone leave their time with me feeling much more confident and less stressed than when we began.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The testimonials section of my website has some good examples, but one of my favorites is a customer crying tears of joy when she realized I dispatched in two minutes something that had been stressing her out for two months.
