Loved the classes so much that I joined. They are concerned with proper form so you don't injury yourself. I love the different workouts. It's never boring.

Very pricey for the average person to continue. At times the trainer was pretty talkative to those he knew rather than focusing on the new participants form. Overall a good workout.
