This was easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Groupon. After waiting weeks and eventually months without receiving the paper and making several calls and emails to customer service with no success, I finally said "forget it" and asked for a refund. I also have not received any kind of refund thus far. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Their customer service process is terrible. I called them 5 times to address the issue of my paper not being delivered and kept being told they would credit my account. What good does it make to credit my account when I'm not receiving the paper? The problem is that my paper was not being delivered, and that issue was never resolved. I will not be a subscribing customer of theirs ever.
