At Indigo Yoga, individuals learn techniques that will help them lead peaceful and happy lives through the practice of yoga. Supervised by professional instructors, they follow a sequence of postures, which not only introduce them to a state of mindfulness and concentration but also help develop flexibility and core strength. Classes range from Hatha through Restorative and Mindful Monkeys—kids' yoga—and can last from 60 to 75 minutes. The studio also hosts special events that focus on mind and body wellness.
