Vouchers are never redeemed without customer authorization and a confirmed appointment. Our scheduling system sends automated texts so customers can choose a time that works for them. If an appointment is not completed, vouchers are not supposed to be redeemed, and when errors occur, we correct them immediately. We have no record of refusing service or intentionally redeeming a voucher without providing it. If there was a scheduling or communication issue, that is very different from a “scam,” and we would have been more than willing to resolve it if contacted directly. We encourage this customer to reach out to us so we can review the account and issue a correction or refund if appropriate. False claims help no one, and we stand behind the work we do for hundreds of satisfied customers.

When that happens, we communicate clearly and return to complete the work rather than cutting corners. A second visit is not a failure, it’s us doing the job correctly. As for the driveway concern, none of our vehicles leak oil, and we take property care seriously. If there was ever an issue, we would expect to be notified so it could be addressed immediately.
