I’m very happy with my experience. I was notified about the technician’s arrival through a text message containing a link tracking their location and their photo. Technician James was professional and courteous. He cleaned out my dryer vent, and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I will absolutely be using their services in the future.

They did a fine job. Told us what was going on. Cleaned the mold out. Took all the vents out because they were full of mold. Told us where to go to get new clean white vents, if that’s what we wanted. I would recommend them.

Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Although ducts were not in need of as much service as we suspected, the ducts specialists took the time to inspect and found the beginning of mold build up. They quickly treated the problem as well as recommended needed preventive services. Additionally shared tips to keep our AC working as intended. Great job and would highly recommend.
