Numbing cream (if used) must be removed completely before treatment. Avoid chemical peels or other laser treatments for 2 weeks prior. Clients who used Accutane in the last 6 months cannot be treated.
After:
Avoid extended UV exposure for 7 days. Apply SPF 30+ daily. Avoid activities that raise body temperature for 48 hours. Soothe skin with cool towels, ice packs, or aloe vera if needed. Avoid other laser or chemical treatments on the area for at least 2 weeks.
