Choose Between Two Options
- $39 for 10 CrossFit classes ($105 value)
- $39 for one month of the CrossFit Fundamentals program ($100 value)
For the CrossFit classes option, you must have experience using CrossFit before these classes. For the Fundamentals program, you must complete five CrossFit Fundamentals classes at the beginning of the month. Once you have completed those, you can attend up to three classes per week for the rest of the month.
Equipment: Lifting bars, bumper plates, pull-up bars, kettlebells
Students should bring: Workout clothes, water bottle, towel
Average class length: 60 minutes
Number of Staff: 1–5 people
Class location: Mix of indoor and outdoor classes
