The service provided didn’t leave the room as I changed for the wax. The wax sticks were (more than) double dipped. And there are LOTS of stray hairs after the service

My esthetician was phenomenal but I still ended up with a lot of hair left on my legs and bikini line after the waxing procedure. This was my first time having it done so I'm not sure if that's normal or not, but it doesn't seem worth the pain and money to still have stubbly legs.

It did take 15 minutes but I left with long hairs and patches of hairs still visible. There was no tweezing done and she would put the hot wax on the freshly waxed skin and it would burn like crazy. Since it was only $25 I didn’t care as much since it’s so cheap but I would never pay full price. I had her do my brows and they were okay but $18 is ridiculous to pay for brows that take 5 minutes.
