Wine & Paint: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays throughout the Fall we will have Paint and Wine Workshops! If you are looking for a great night out with your friends while being able to get creative this workshop is perfect for you! One of IAC's artists will guide you to recreate a work of art . Students will follow step-by-step instructions while being able to sip on your favorite wine. Wine glasses will be provided for each person and you are free to bring your favorite wine. All participants must be 21 or over. We ask that everyone please drink responsibly. All supplies included, BYOW.

Photo-realism Drawing: Teaching this class, we'll explore a new medium most haven't tried at an early age, Charcoal. While also combining it with the tool their most familiar with, a Graphite pencil. They'll learn new blending techniques to achieve the perfect shadows for their photo-realistic drawing. Well learn about proportion, composition, and most importantly mark making. When creating these detailed drawings, one must be patient and curious of what your tools can do for you. (All drawings will be black and white except for classes held on Dec. 15th)

Ballet: Intensive Terpsichorean Program on techniques and syllabus from beginners to advanced levels.

Theater & Music:

Improv Fun- Learn how to make fun stories, create hilarious scenes, and present them in the most exciting way! This class is all about exploring theater, working in a group and finding your acting talents! This workshop will focus on developing improv skills and most of all having fun together!

The Greatest Showman- Do you also absolutely love the movie "The greatest showman"? Then this workshop is exactly something for you! During this hour we will practice songs and dances of this awesome movie! Bring your talents and let's make a great mini show together!

Broadway Kids/Teens- During this workshop we focus on learning kids' song and dance numbers from Broadway shows! Raise your voice and let's dance!

Piano for Beginners- This workshop is created for kids, teens and adults of all ages who would love to learn how to play the piano. Just join us learning the basic steps and have fun together! No knowledge is required.

Let's Sing Together- During this workshop we will learn some basic singing techniques and sing together as a choir. Every week we will pick a different genre like pop, rock, Broadway, ...

Hip Hop Zumba: Join us for a fun class with Hip Hop Zumba. Ages 6+

Latin Dance: Students will learn different Latin dance styles, including Salsa, Bachata and Merengues. In this class, students will develop Latin Motion, body control through isolations, musicality, footwork, and dance etiquette. This class also provides an opportunity for students to learn how to both lead and follow social dancing sequences and create their own dance patterns on the floor. This class requires fitted clothing and comfortable shoes for movement.

Lion Dance: The Choy Wun Dance Troupe have a combined dance experience of over 50 years performing at various universities/colleges, k-12 schools, performance art centers, entertainment venues, parades, weddings, eat establishments, and many more.

Photography:

• Ages 9-12 Students will learn how to read images and how to collage images and text. They will be using found materials like magazines and other printed publications for collage media. The final product will be a book of their collages.
• Ages 12-15 Students will learn how to read images and how to make photographs using pinhole cameras. The prints will be developed by the instructor, so there is no need to worry about exposure to photographic chemicals.
• Ages 16-18 Students will learn how to read images and how to conceptualize more advanced photographic projects. Students will be using disposable cameras for this class.

Oil Painting: This course cover the basic design concepts in the creation of paintings and drawings. Elements include line, shading, perspective and negative space. In addition to oil paints, students may use pencils, pens and pastels to create artistic representations of design elements. The basic design course is typically a prerequisite to any visual arts course for a degree program, including oil painting. 10:00 am-1:00 pm (13+)/ 1:30 pm-4:30 pm (Adult)
