Q:

Hi--If you don't use the entire syringe of dermal filler during your visit (ie you just need a tiny touchup) can you book a second visit to use it or must you use the entire syringe or lose it? Thanks!

Sue  asked on  May 13, 2013

A:

We suggest that you use your entire Groupon in a single visit. We always try to make the overall value of Groupon compatible with a single visit.

Q:

if we purchase this option for a friend do we need to name the friend at time of purchase?

Catherine  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

Thanks for your interest. You do not need to name the recipient when you make your gift purchase.
To purchase a Groupon as a gift, select the deal from your daily email or directly on www.groupon.com, and then click the blue "Give as a Gift" link under the "Buy" button. Fill in the gift message and recipient information in the "Gift Options" pop-up window (the message will be displayed if you choose to send the gift via email). Click save, then fill in your payment information and click "Confirm Order".

If you want to purchase gifts for multiple people or place an additional order for yourself, you will have to make separate transactions. Please note that we include the purchase price on all Groupons (including gifts) so that they can be redeemed for that amount after the expiration date. This is required by expiration laws and simplifies the post-expiration redemption process for customers and businesses. Hope that helps!

Q:

Please do not display my full name in the question response Why does the coupon say 'Up to' 50 units of botox (does not say botox but other queries have claified). Is it for 50 units of Botox?

Catherine  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion.
This simply means that while your treatment may require or contain fewer than 50 units, the offer is still valid for up to 50 units in the event that 50 units are deemed necessary.

A:

Botox is not a dermal filler, it is a neuro-toxin. Juvederm is a dermal filler. They both work for anti-aging, but in very different ways and give very different results.
