About Inflicting Fitness Training Center
When Jim Kaale began working out after high school, the people around him noticed the changes in his body and started asking him for help with their own training. He turned his passion for fitness and helping others into a career that's spanned more than two decades. In addition to an exercise science degree, he's certified in a barrage of fitness techniques, including golf, TRX Suspension Training, and strength training. He and his team train their clients one-on-one to target specific goals, such as toning up or finally lifting their pet elephants from the well. They also lead group boot camps and TRX Suspension–band classes. With specialties including injury rehabilitation, contest preparation, and weight loss, the trainers are equipped and experienced to help their clients achieve nearly any goal.
Jim stocks the center with Life Fitness and Precor elliptical trainers and steppers, as well as strength machines from Cybex, Hammer Strength, and other brands. Since he's also a massage therapist, he can help prevent bodies from coiling into snakes with sports massages that guard against injury, as well as mysofascial-release massages that soothe recurring aches and pains.
