You will also reduce fatigue, reduce stress and anxiety, improve collagen reproduction and metabolism.

Six 15 minute sessions

You will relax while getting a vibration massage under infrared light and heat. This will boost your immune system, improve your circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, reduce swelling and inflammation. You will also reduce fatigue, reduce stress and anxiety, improve collagen reproduction and metabolism. When you have regular sessions you will also lose weight, reduce scar tissue and cellulite, helps to reduce nerve, muscle and joint pain.

Each appointment is 30 minutes. This gives you time to undress down to your under garments and apply a patented lotion to your body. You are inside the Infrared Sauna Pod for 15 minutes, then you will redress and enjoy your day. If you have active cancer, broken bones, pacemaker, defibrillator, have metal implants (titanium is ok) or if you are pregnant you should not use this machine. If you have diabetes please check with your physician.
