I wanted help with training so that I could continue on my own (I have equipment available in my place). For this purpose, it was very helpful. The only thing I missed was to have my questions answered in more details. I ask lots of questions to understand what I am doing, e.g., what a specific exercise helps with (what kind of muscle will benefit), and I didn't have much clarity on that. Other than that, it was great, and I'd buy it again.

Rebecca showed up on time. She was professional and knowledgeable. Great to work with. Pushed me beyond my comfort zone but not killed me.

About inhometrainer

Founded in 1999 by Mike Tangreda, a personal trainer, inhometrainer allows clients to achieve the desired physique without leaving their homey comfort zone. In this way, Mike put a stop to excuses such as "I had to pick up the kids", or "It was a long day". For those who first hear of inhometrainer, it might seem weird that they are supposed to build muscles and tone up without going to the gym and using the heavy equipment. Well, Mike's goal is to get the body as strong as possible, relying solely on its natural resistance and not weights. However, those who already possess own gear can freely incorporate it into the workout under the trainer's detailed instruction.
