I wanted help with training so that I could continue on my own (I have equipment available in my place). For this purpose, it was very helpful. The only thing I missed was to have my questions answered in more details. I ask lots of questions to understand what I am doing, e.g., what a specific exercise helps with (what kind of muscle will benefit), and I didn't have much clarity on that. Other than that, it was great, and I'd buy it again.
