I have tried two of the classes offered. I have two more classes to try. I think it a wonderful idea that you offer 4 classes. This way a person can see if there is a class that especially appeals to them.

I liked the mix of students and especially the style of teaching. It was less competetive than other studios I've been to. I'll be back!

What You'll Get

A sun salutation, unlike a bath of corn flakes or a shouting match with the neighbourhood rooster, is a healthy way to start the day. Learn to greet the dawn with grace using today's Groupon: for $20, you get a four-class pass to Inner Peace Yoga (a $48 value).

Inner Peace Yoga’s trained instructors guide aspiring yogis of all ability levels through a full schedule of muscle-molding classes. Beginners acquire the building blocks of proper yoga poses and breathing techniques in Level 1 Flow, and Level 2 Power Flow acquaints more experienced students with intermediate backbends, inverted poses, and advanced exercises such as the downward-facing octopus. A restful atmosphere presides in Yin classes, which use semiactive poses designed to impart a sense of physical and mental balance. Students lacking their own yoga supplies can borrow one of the studio’s mats or levitating throw rugs at no extra charge.

About Inner Peace Yoga

Each instructor at Inner Peace Yoga has a unique story about discovering yoga. Ron tapped into its healing poses to recover from college football injuries. Joelle kept at the practice to relearn how to balance after a pernicious case of miner’s disease laid low her inner ear. Others came to it after middle age. The common thread is that yoga has improved each of their lives, leaving them with a powerful desire to share it with others and get enough people to make the world's largest yoga pyramid.

Everyone has a place at the table. Instructors lead a variety of daily yoga classes including beginner flow, challenging power flow, and yin yoga that opens up and balances the body.
