Choose Between Two Options

Customers must choose between fitness or Zumba classes upon activation. Fitness boot-camp classes are held Monday–Thursday; see the schedule here. Zumba boot-camp classes are held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays at Dwight D. Eisenhower Park. During outdoor fitness boot-camp sessions, campers boost bodily performance with varied routines, using at least nine types of pushups, 10 abdominal exercises, cardiovascular work, and strength-maximizing bicep, tricep, and shoulder maneuvers. Zumba sessions invigorate campers as they combine salsa, merengue, and hip-hop dance moves into calorie-burning workout routines. Through it all, trainers motivate exercisers in classes that boast a student-to-teacher ratio of no greater than 25 to 1, ensuring individualized encouragement, form correction, and client-customized high-fives. Each camper should arrive toting a towel, a water bottle, a mat, and two dumbbells of their preferred weight.
