Q:

Are you able to massage two @ same time, in the same room?

Randolph  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

Hi Randolph. Thanks for your question. We do not have the capacity to do couple's massage, or two in the same room. We can, however, coordinate so that 2 people can get their massages at the same time.

Q:

Hello! I am wanting to purchase 1 of these and then 2 more as a gift for two friends. We were hoping to get appointments for this coming friday for a birthday outing. I tried calling but never got a response, I wanted to know if it would be possible to get 3 appointments or the 25th before I purchase?

Hi Tera. Thanks for your question. Thanks for looking at our special. We don't have 3 therapists, so you would not be seen simultaneously. However, depending on the type of service you want to schedule, we should probably be able to fit you in back to back. You mentioned that you tried calling, but never got a resonse. Is this correct? I was curious, because we typically don't answer phones if in session, but do return all phone messages (usually the same day). Did you leave a message? Please feel free to call me directly, today. If I don't answer, please wait for me to return your call and help you schedule, personally - before deciding whether or not to purchase. My thanks - Tom

Q:

Can I just get a normal facial instead of an acu-tap facial with this deal?

Kayla S.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

Hi Kayla, and thanks for your question. To be clear, the facial is a facial massage - which is different than what an aesthetician would do. But the answer is yes, she can absolutely do a regular facial massage in lieu of the Honey Acu-tap facial. I hope this helps. My thanks - Tom

Q:

Have an expired coupon # 6787126-0-1 Massage Envy $39 They won't honor it, and you said coupons are always worth the paid value. Advised please. Ginny.b@juno.com 704 919-1005

Hi Ginny. Thanks for your question - but I think you would have to contact Groupon directly. It sounds like you bought a Groupon for Massage Envy. Is that correct? If so, I'd contact Groupon, since Insight Wellness is not associated with them. However, as a featured merchant on Groupon in the past, I can tell you the following: 1) If you paid Groupon $39 for a promotion, the promotional price may expire, but you should always have the $39 credit towards a regularly priced service. I believe that is not just a policy, but also a law. 2) If you didn't redeem any part of the promotion, you still have full credit. 3) If you redeemed part of the special, then the merchant would subtract the regular per treatment cost from the amount you paid. Anything left over would still be credit. 4) I would recommend contacting them, speaking to a manager or supervisor, and saying that you'd like to apply your $39 credit towards a regularly priced service. I hope this helps you - My thanks - Tom
