Hi Ginny. Thanks for your question - but I think you would have to contact Groupon directly.
It sounds like you bought a Groupon for Massage Envy. Is that correct?
If so, I'd contact Groupon, since Insight Wellness is not associated with them. However, as a featured merchant on Groupon in the past, I can tell you the following:
1) If you paid Groupon $39 for a promotion, the promotional price may expire, but you should always have the $39 credit towards a regularly priced service. I believe that is not just a policy, but also a law.
2) If you didn't redeem any part of the promotion, you still have full credit.
3) If you redeemed part of the special, then the merchant would subtract the regular per treatment cost from the amount you paid. Anything left over would still be credit.
4) I would recommend contacting them, speaking to a manager or supervisor, and saying that you'd like to apply your $39 credit towards a regularly priced service.
I hope this helps you - My thanks -
