Q:

What does it mean "membership expires 1 month from activation date"? If it takes me longer than a month to finish the 12 classes, will I need to pay an additional membership fee?

Tatiana K.  asked on  Aug 27, 2012

A:

Hello Tatiana, The coupon is good for 12 classes. The classes expire after 1 month. I would like people to come 2-3 times a week so they get results. If you cannot finish the classes in 1 month you can buy a punch card or become a member. I only charge by the month (i.e. no long term contracts).

Q:

Two question: How many days a week do you recommend attending a bootcamp class? Do you sign up for the classes ahead of time or just come to whatever class fits your schedule on a particular day?

Abbey U.  asked on  Aug 24, 2012

A:

Hell Abbey, Question 1-I recommend coming 3 times a week. Most people who attend my classes come 2-4 times a week. Question 2-You can come to any class that fits your schedule. However, I ask that you schedule an orientation before you first class so I can meet with you to go over paper work, take measurements (optional) and give a tour or our facility. I hope to see you at the studio soon.

Q:

Would this be appropriate for a woman in her mid 50s with a bad knee?

Barb K.  asked on  Aug 24, 2012

A:

Hello Barb, Yes. We have a number of people over 50 in our classes. We also have a number of people with knee injuries. The class sizes are small enough for me to give personal attention.

Q:

Do you offer child care?

Wendy R.  asked on  Aug 24, 2012

A:

Hello Wendy, Sorry, we do not offer child care. If you are looking for a facility that offers with child care and good classes, check the YMCA. The Fox Valley has 5 YMCAs and they all offer child care. I would love to have you try Fox River Fitness Boot Camps if you find child care. Thanks for the interest.
