An experienced technician uses sterile, single-use needles and a strong topical anesthetic to apply permanent makeup to eyelids or eyebrows in the shade of the client's choice and can be blended to match favorite makeup shades. The permanent makeup lasts anywhere from 3 years to more than 15 years, but will eventually require a touchup.
