One-hour workouts cover many different styles ranging from fat burning combat classes to high intensity training cardio classes. IHP’s hybrid approach means that each class incorporates kettlebells, toning, agility drills, suspension training, and more. Clients must call ahead to schedule initial consultations on the most appropriate class styles for their fitness levels; each class style is available multiple times each week.

The Institute of Human Performance’s circuit-training classes incorporate the latest exercises into a single workout, including medicine-ball exercises, jump roping, tire flipping, quick-feet agility drills, and lively music that keeps the blood flowing. Voted The Core gym in the country by Men’s Health, IHP has also been honored by Glamour and Self for its group classes. CEO Juan Carlos Santana, voted one of the top coaches in the world by UFC magazine, and his team of certified trainers helm each class at the 7,200-square-foot facility, where indoor and outdoor workout spaces let patrons reach their full potential. IHP serves as a beta-testing site for fitness manufacturers, which means it has a fleet of cutting-edge, constantly updated equipment.
