What You'll Get
A strong man wrestles you to the ground to show off; a stronger man boosts your self-esteem and then accidentally breaks three of your ribs with a supportive hug. Learn the tenets of both strength and community with today's Groupon: for $45, you get one month of boot-camp, CrossFit, or children's classes at Integrated Fitness (a $175 value).
Head instructor Jim Crowell and his well-trained team motivate students of all ages with individualized CrossFit and boot-camp instruction to gradually build stamina, strength, speed, and overall fitness. Each class takes place in a clean and spacious gym and begins with instruction on proper technique to minimize the risk of injury or splitting your unitard. Boot-camp classes include eight or fewer students and gradually amplify intensity with a one-hour sweat session that blends lighter lifting, resistance training, and aerobic workout. Campers toss slam balls and lift kettlebells to hone muscle tone and sharpen agility.
CrossFit participants will tow weights, scale climbing ropes, and stretch speed bands throughout the class's consistently varied regimen. The program intensively targets core goals with a competitive Workout of the Day to drive students in a fun, challenging atmosphere sans Burgess Meredith. Youngsters can kick-start lifelong wellness with children's classes, featuring unintimidating daily workouts to encourage teamwork, personal investment, and nutrition.

About Integrated Fitness Training
A functional-training studio staffed by experienced CrossFit coaches and former college athletes, Integrated Fitness Training transforms exercisers of all levels into fit, focused athletes. Barbells, gymnastics rings, and rowing machines welcome students to a 3,000-square-foot training floor, where they cultivate the type of strength and coordination they need to meet their fitness goals or slow-dance with a manatee. A variety of group fitness classes matches exercisers with boot camps, scalable CrossFit classes, and cardio-heavy kettlebell workouts. Like a pair of sharpied-on eyebrows, CrossFit workouts increase intensity, incorporating gymnastics-inspired moves such as burpees, muscle-ups, and handstand pushups.
