Ethan was very friendly and was very pleasant to work with. We didn't know there is a 5% discount if you pay with cash. Good to know ahead of time. It was more costly than expected with the groupon, but we had not had vents cleaned before so we weren't sure what to expect. You do need to clear furniture away from vents & it does shoot some dust out into the room when being cleaned. Now I know. Just be prepared to prep before & clean a bit afterwards. This was not a big deal & worth it to have clean vents out. I will just be more prepared next time. Our vents were filthy & it feels great to have them cleaned out. Overall a great experience.
