I have read some negative reviews but I had a positive experience. My oil change was done when they said it would be. The only comment was about a small additional price I had to pay, under $10. The explanation did not make sense.

Nice people, quick service. However I think they overcharge for the extra quart of oil that they always add when competing oil change.

Nathan is super cool, and always takes care of my car with a smile. He even remembers what cars I have had and the previous work done on them. It is a friendly, neighborhood place and they do great reliable work.

The extra fee charged at the time of the service is misleading, and frankly, a rip-off.
The statement "Extra fee for premium oils, premium oil filters, and extra quarts" does not give customer the choice for using non-premium oils, if all they have are premium oils.
There is no pricing listed in the purchase as to what are the extra fees. Essentially it means vendor will charge whatever they wanted.
I was charged extra $9.17 for the oil change. I saw another customer's comment indicate there was also an extra charge but for larger amount. There is nothing on the receive that clearly indicated what are the 'extra fees'.
Do I think it's a good deal - NO. With the extra unknown charge, it's no different than other oil change places that offer weekly coupons. At least in those places, you'll know the exact amount before you visit.
